I blend one of these for lunch with water and strawberries on the days I hit the gym for an extended period of time (3 to 4 times a week). This is a great tasting, thick shake with a very good chocolate flavor - like drinking an ice cream shake. It's a great way to get lean protein (87% of your daily value for one packet) and it fills you up for quite a long time, with lower calories and only 3 grams of fat. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

These packets are great. I have found good results when using Myoplex in general and am very happy with the brand. It is a very good post workout supplement in my experience.Also of note, is that the flavor of these packets is actually very good when mixed with milk. It is not sharp or reminiscent of chemicals, which is a great element considering the low sugar content. When I am working out consistently it is good enough in my opinion that I will take a shake as a breakfast substitute.

I was looking for a high protein shake for my post work outs that tasted great using water. I found that there were many protein powders that tasted ok as long as you added milk. Since I am lactose intolerant, that is not an option for me. These Myoplex shakes are really thick and delicious. I mix 12 oz of water in my blender bottle. A little tip if you are using a mix shaker, add water first then the powder on top of it. It mixes so much better this way.
