Superb shaver. Been using Braun shavers for a long time. Upgraded based on a review in a magazine. After over 2 years of use, it appears to be durable, too.The trimmer on it is not anywhere near as good as previous Braun models' trimmers I used, so I got a $30ish little beard-friendly lithium-ion Wahl for that instead.SUGGESTION:-------------To get the cleaning alcohol to last much longer, and thus cost much less:(1) First briefly wipe as much hairs from the shaver head as you can and wash the head with a little with water and dry it. Then put the shaver head back on and run it in the little cleaning machine.(2) As soon as the little machine cleaning is done, take the alcohol container out of it and put the top back on to keep the alcohol from evaporating.

I purchased this Pulsonic 9595 yesterday, the problem it has, is when it is time for cleaning the shaver! ,,, it is always disconnected from the cleaning station in the first vibration and the cleaning program stop working, restart, and waiting for another press on the start button to restart the cleaning ,,,,, I fixed the shaver with my hand in the cleaning station to avoid the disconnecting and it complete the cleaning program ,,,, this is really unexpected from Braun ,,, I never expect this wrong in engineering, specially from Braun ,,, I am a Braun fan and all my other healthcare and kitchen staff are Braun.I am really disappointing from this Pulsonic.

I got this for Christmas, I used it that morning. I could not believe the results on a scale 1-10 I would give it a 10 hands down. It even cleans its self. I would recommend this to all.
