I had the old model for 7 years and was heartbroken when it died. I order this model not sure if would be as good and to my surprise, it is even better.

The product is worth the money. Elchim 3900 came late but it arrived in good condition. So far it does what it says. It weighs less than the previous Elchim and the noise level is low. Works fast and is easy. You can change settings form cold to hot,cool and warm with the manipulation of a button. Hair does shine too.
