Let's face it, cod liver oil is not pleasant tasting to most people. No matter how good it may be for the body, it can be hard to take on a regular basis. This emulsified version is easier to get down than the liquid oil. Having the orange flavoring helps, too. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't taste good, but not too much of a chore to consume. It's do-able.

It's true, this tastes like a creamsicle, and it doesn't have any of the oily feeling as you take it. Even my 2 year old loves it--I usually need a glass of water afterwards, but it's much more palatable than any other kind we've tried.

Excellent product! Has helped my lower back for 3 years now! I used to have problems with my herniated disk slipping out in my lower back and was advised to start taking this once a day. Ever since I have not had a problem and my soarness is pretty much non existant. I'm a contractor and can't go without the stuff.
