I haven't tried many natural diet energy drinks, because I was afraid they would not have the same effect. Granted, I've only had one so far, but I do think SAMBAZON diet has got that "same energy without the crash" aspect to it. It's also not at all sweet, which is a nice change from the energy drinks with artificial sweeteners in them. My Russian boyfriend actually liked it (despite being allergic to the word "diet"), but it was still sweet enough for my American (or rather, sweet tooth inclined) palate. Now to the important stuff!8 fl. oz., servings per container: 1.5 (uh...that seems kind of crazy, but whatever)Calories: 40Total Carbohydrate: 9gSugars 9gVitamin C 145mg (wow!)Organic Stevia (leaf): 36mgNatural caffeine: 80mg per canOTHER INGREDIENTS: Sparkling filtered water, organic evaporated cane juice, organic clarified acai, organic acerola juice (purified water, organic acerola concentrate), organic and natural flavors, organic guarana extract, guayaki(tm) organic yerba mate extract, organic green tea extract, fruit and vegetable juice (for color), citric acid.

This product is great! It provides long lasting energy without the crash or jitters. I personally love the flavor, and the fact that there are no artificial ingredients. Definitely worth the buy, and a great product all around. Not to mention my son loves it too and it always helps him out during sports and events where energy is needed.

I spent a long time searching for a healthy, low-calorie alternative to energy drinks and this is it. I love thses drinks. If you sign up for automatic subscription you get a great deal. Will definately keep buying these.
