We prepare our Khella Extract from the seeds of Ammi visnaga plants which are Custom Wildcrafted especially for us in their wild native habitat in Morocco, Africa.
To assure optimal extraction of Khella's bioactive compounds, the seed is hand-harvested only when fully mature, is cleaned of superfluous
plant materials, and is then air-shipped directly to our laboratory for thorough extraction.
Our Khella is never fumigated or irradiated.

I suffer from recurrent bilateral kidney stones. I also have a very extreme case of passing large stones on a regular basis. I have tried many things to help pass kidney stones with not much luck, natural and pharmaceutical. After much reading on herbal remedies, I found Khella. This is the only herb I found that is said to actually help relax the ureter.After having a 5mm stone stuck for a week I began to take this extract. The taste is horrible, such as many herbal extracts. Instead of putting the Khella in water, I simply put it in juice to mask the flavor. After two days of taking the Khella (30 drops 2xday), I noticed a huge difference. All pressure that I had felt on my side was gone and my symptoms were greatly reduced. Soon after that stone, I began to pass another one. I began taking the Khella as mentioned above, and I have noticed my symptoms again greatly reduced, less pain, and the stone seems to be moving down at a quicker pace.I am going to continue to take this herb as it seems to help me. I also want to note that my pain is minimal due to all scarring and nerve damage I may have in my ureter. I would suggest this for anyone to try that might suffer from kidney stones.

While khella was known to increase the skin's response to the sun over a thousand years ago, many western dermatologists are unaware of its effects. This particular product taken orally or applied to the skin causes an increase in photosensitivity and, hence the speed of tanning, in a dramatic fashion. The only mystery is why its effects are not well known in western society and the larger medical establishment.Recent medical research literature by investigators in Europe has shown success in using khella along with conventional UV therapies for pigmentation problems. The data is quite compelling despite the limited breath of the studies. I suppose there isn't much of a financial incentive to invest in large khella trials but that may be only part of the problem.While the immediate effects of khella are quite evident, longer term effects are not. Prescription psolarens have been used in western medicine for decades to increase photosensitivity and treat various skin conditions. Yet, they have also been shown to increase the incidence of skin cancer up to 20+ years after treatment. So, one can only assume that similar risks may exist with khella.
