De Boles Spinach Fettuccine comes in a 10 pound bulk box. It contains Organic durum semolina, Organic spinach powder and Organic Jerusalem artichoke flour. It has unique nutty flavor. It is less sticky than traditional pasta. It may lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Making only the best since 1932.All natural. Wheat free. Gluten free. All natural ingredients. No preservatives or chemicals added. Improved flavor. DeBoles' Rice Shells and Cheddar dinner is delicious and easy to prepare. We have made great tasting pasta since 1932, but recently, more consumers have asked for additional wheat-free pasta products. Our Rice and Corn Pasta meet many basic nutritional needs, but until now, easy, quick, tasty 'Mac and Cheese' has not been available to wheat sensitive consumers. The pasta in this dinner is made with just the perfect rice for pasta. The sauce is made with all natural ingredients, making a beautiful creamy sauce to compliment the rice shells. Delicious when prepared according to instructions, only your imagination is needed to make this a truly special food. Add your favorite chopped cooked veggies for more flavor and texture. I was very happy with this 10 lb box of spinach fettuccini! In my opinion, however, it's more like the size of linguini, not fettucini, but it's very tasty. The packaging was just fine. The interior bag is very thin, but it was tightly boxed, and I'd already anticipated having to put it in something else to store it in my cabinet.It cooks quickly, and has a nice, light taste - can't say I really taste spinach, but glad to know it's in there for the nutritional value. I cook a big batch and use leftovers for several days. You can pop leftovers in the microwave for a minute, or run hot water over them if you prefer, and you've got another great meal in a flash. It doesn't seem to get at sticky/pasty as some of the 'regular' pastas you get at in the grocery store.This was a good bargain. This pasta costs about $3.00 for an 8 oz box from my local grocery 'green' section. Glad to find it here for half that price.

I love spinach fettuccine. The grocery stores for some reason stopped carrying it. Excellent quality fast service. They let me know when shipped and was able to track item. Yummy...Thanks
