I just jumped on Amazon to see if I could get a better deal here on the CYBERSONIC3. (I am giving them to my in-laws this year for Christmas...) (they asked for them - otherwise I would not risk making it seem like they have bad breadth ;-)My wife and I have been using the CYBERSONIC products for 10 years (as long as we have been married).I will simply sum it up this way. My dentist and hygienist are always very impressed with how clean my teeth are. They have asked what kind of brush I use. I have one cavity and that was from when I was a kid 40 years ago...The other reviewer is correct, however. This brush will not rattle your brain ;-)

We've been using Cybersonic for close to 15 years now. It's great toothbrush. The only drawback is that you MUST purchase the replacement brushes through the mail. You can set up a lifetime free brush replacement for postage only. Postage on two tiny toothbrushes is NOT $6.98 but that's still much cheaper than the cost of replacement toothbrush heads for other sonic toothbrushes I've seen that are purchased from the retail stores. This purchase was a replacement or our original Cybersonic toothbrush that lasted way over 10 years!! We have good dental cleanings too. Not so much, scrape, scrape, scrape with the hygienists metal tools!!!
