I initially got a slim line case for my AED that was advertised as having room for accessories. The only accessory it would hold was the small EMT shears that come with the case. This case truly holds accessories. There is room for a spare battery and spare pads. I used the spare pads spot to add some child size pads. I do wish it had just a little more room to add the accessory kit that includes a safety razor, vinyl gloves, and resuscitator mask.The case is sturdily constructed without being heavy. Has velcro inside to secure the AED in place and a window to monitor the health of the battery. Storage pouches inside to hold info about AED operation and record the expiration date of pads and battery. It comes with the EMT shears shown in the photo.
