Before you take this product do a good self assessment of your joints (especially your knees) and pay attention while you're on this. After three weeks my knees began to ache very badly (my left one more) as well as my shoulder. I discontinued use and they returned to normal. I had googled side effects before buying and read this might occur to some people. I cant recommend this product.

Just so you know: This product contains Japanese knotweed. I paid a fortune for it in the expectation that I was avoiding knotweed and am amazed that the description doesn't mention this. This product is going back. Thank goodness I bothered to read the fine print on the bottle's label.

I have taken this product for 1 full month and do feel I have more energy when I take it. I have lost a few pounds while taking ResGrape Max, but I was watching my diet also. My pants feel loose in the waist and butt. I usually have trouble loosing weight in my butt. I ususlly took one with my largest meal which was lunch. I noticed if I took it too late it kept me awake at night. Overall I like the product and have ordered another bottle. I did not experience any side effects except too much energy at night if taken too late. No laxative effects or stomach cramps.
