Over the last few years I have made a concerted effort to move away from drugs prescribed by doctors and towards over-the-counter remedies provided without prescription. For me, I have struggled with social anxiety all my life. This struggle has grown to a full blown anxiety disorder that has limited the quality of my life. Over the past year I have tried several remedies to help with my anxieties and some of you may have even read my review of Gaba Pure Powder, and read that it had some benefit, but lacked any real change for me.After reading a lot of information on the internet about the benefits of Vitamin B and Protein on the molecules in the brain that control anxieties, I decided to try this product. After taking this product for almost a month now I can happily report that this powder has had made an incredible change to the anxieties that I suffer from. Before I started taking this I panicked around people and had difficulty in situations were I was stuck on the phone for long periods of time. In general I was very uncomfortable in situations were I felt I could not escape.After taking the powder in combination with Whey Protein Isolate, I have found that the anxiety I would normally suffer from is greatly reduced and is almost a non-issue. Perhaps you may gain some benefit from this product, it is difficult to say. All I can say is that this powder has raised the quality of my life. Of course it hasn't cured me, but any movement to a normal life is a welcomed relief.The powder is finely ground like that of flower, has no taste(when mixed in liquid, tastes like weak sugar if taken alone), and no smell. It mixes very well with any liquid and has no gritty feel. I take it in the morning with my orange juice and at night with water.I hope that if you too suffer from anxiety and social panic that this product helps with your condition, I know first hand that any relief can be a huge step.Good luck.

As someone who has a touch of OCD, I've been searching for long time to find an affordable and non-medicinal way to treat this condition. I tried many 'natural' cures: Theanine, Gaba, Magnesium Taurate, etc. While some of these worked, to a degree, they neither provided complete alleviation of symptoms nor worked for long. This summer OCD hit me rather hard, and it started to affect my work. So, I searched Google again and read every forum topic and website I could find on the subject. Inositol was mentioned multiple times and given enthusiastic approval by fellow sufferers. Fearing that it might be another false dawn, I researched Inositol extensively and found that it might indeed be useful. Without losing much time, I searched Inositol on Amazon, and bought some in powder form.After Inositol arrived, I started taking it on daily basis, every few hours. I felt better immediately. Compulsive tendencies drastically decreased and I was able to focus on my work, rather than on 'magic rituals'. I went through several 227gram jars of Inositol in a month. In a hindsight, I did overdo it a bit :) Since then, I reduced the dosage and now one jar lasts me for couple of months or so.I tried several brands of Inositol: Jarrow Formulas, Source Naturals, Now Foods, etc. I've found that powder works better for me than pills and that there is no significant different in quality between different brands of Inositol Powder. I'd say - buy whatever brand is the cheapest at the moment. Of course different people might have different opinions on the matter. I personally like the taste of Inositol but I know people who find the taste overly sweet, and prefer pills instead.My mother, who is suffering from diabetes, also started using Inositol and seems to be pleased with it.Of course Inositol is not a miracle cure for OCD or any other condition but it helps a lot and it is all I can ask for at the moment.Highly Recommended.

I love it because its pure inositol no magnesium stearate or anything added. I take it for medication side effects and it works great for that. (what I take depletes inositol)
