I think life extension is a great product. You will lose weight if you follow the instructions.I've been on it for 3 weeks and I'm down 10 pounds. A friend of mine at work has been on it for 4 months and is down 42 pounds. Everyone is different so not all weight lost will be the same. One trick to it,is mix with water and drink it as fast as you can. Thanks, Billie

I was reluctant to purchase this because of the price. BUT You do get what you pay for. It is #1 very handy and convenient. I keep one in my purse if I know I will not be home to take it. Only take it before the dinner meal because I tend to eat the most then. What it does is expand in your stomach and you really feel full half way thru the meal. The trick is to drink it with at least 16 ounces of water and wait 20 minutes.#2- IT taste good like grape cool aid, actually. #3 IT DOES work. I've only used it for one week, but took a few days to be consistent with the time and the water. I am very glad I purchased it and using it. It really helps to stay away from foods after dinner, too. If you are serious, consistent, follow the directions, exercise, and stay away from eating at night, weight loss is possible. I am so excited that I've actually started to exercise and feeling great about myself.

The best way for me to take it is to pour it into my mouth, take one or two sips of coffee and swallow. No fuss or mess and the taste is not bad.
