I have urge incontinence and have to wear protection 24/7. For years I used to wear Depend super absorbent under wear, for some reason I decided that I should try Depend adjustable underwear and what a difference, the padding is over two inches longer and covers the front area much better than the regular Depend underwear. Being small wasted, 34 inch they can be adjusted to fit nice and snuggly and when I travel I don't have to undress to change. Hank.

Being a caretaker I can say this one works the best. When the packaging was changed I could not find this particular one in the store I had been purchasing this product. I went to Amazon.com and found it. The reason it is the best is because you pull them on like regular briefs but in the night you can open them on the side and then with the strips that are attached close them up just like before.

Depends diapers, now with the ablilty to pull up instead of fasten, makes them all the better. With the feature of being able to pull them up, it makes putting them on much easier. They are great for girls who have a heavy menstual flow, for boys OR girls that may have a bed-wetting problem, or for any other reason. I really like them because they are now much easier to use by yourself. Wearing them to prevent an accident of some sort is definately better than waking up to a mess.....which would be REALLY embarassing to ANYBODY! Overall though, I rate this item FIVE STARS!!! They are GREAT!!!!
