To Ionic Mineralize and Alkalinize your drinking water to about a 7.5 pH, add 1/2 level teaspoon to 24 oz of purified water or 1 level Tablespoons to 1 gallon of purified water. You may add more or less, depending on the alkaline pH and ionic mineral content that you desire or works best for you.

Alkaline Powder was great combined with Heel Detox Kit. This product regulated my appetite and work great dissolved in water. I would recommend this product.
